If you're going to use an AI photo on LinkedIn, at least make sure it resembles you. We had a candidate rejected today because they looked completely different from their profile. The client thought the real person was a bait and switch imposter. The person who showed up was significantly heavier and looked about 10 years older.

Im noticing discourse shift to "artists shouldnt make a living wage because they should have a real job" is alarming considering most artists do art because they're disabled and can't do traditional work ^_^ we probably should try not to devalue art
