I'm letting the legal process play out. He is pressumed innocent until proven guilty. My issue is with a misleading headline that suggested the bullet didn't match the gun, when in reality "inconclusive" means insufficient evidence to draw any conclusion. It doesn't mean the bullet "did NOT match" the rifle like the headline says.
