🚨🇮🇷 IRGC Navy: “The Strait of Hormuz will never return to its former state, especially for the US and Israel.” They’re in final stages of operational prep for a “new order” in the Gulf. 🚨🇮🇷 Iran threatened to shut down the Bab al-Mandab Strait. A top advisor to new Supreme Leader Mojtaba warned: “The flow of global energy and trade can be disrupted with a single signal.” That’s another ~7 million barrels of oil per day, plus 22% of world container trade, at risk. Combined with Hormuz? Up to 25 million bpd offline. Iran already rejected a U.S. ceasefire deal to reopen Hormuz. Oil prices are screaming toward $120+. It's time to teach your car to eat insects. @GfloDough @SZade15 @LeadingReport For 49 years they’ve been saying Iran is making nukes, not one has been made. US has done nothing but steal oil and destabilize the middle east, they also put more than 1,200 sanctions on Iran, yet you wonder why they chant “death to america”? Who’s really the fucking retard?

🚨🪖🇺🇸 Why US pilot's rescue op far from 'success' The Pentagon has a long habit of "disguising and hiding the fact that they have been losing significant numbers to injury or even death of personnel," and it can't be ruled out that losses are written off as contractors, Stockholm University professor Isa Blumi told Sputnik Saturday's operation can be characterized as a "success" only insofar as its coverage by the corporate media - "owned by the same people pushing for war on Iran" - diverted attention from other crises, including the war's impact on ordinary Americans, Blumi explained "If there is any success, it is the success of getting people to talk about things other than what is actually happening on the ground," the academic added, noting that based on accounts of US troops with access to information blacked out by the media, the war "is not turning out well" for the coalition Footage from social media

🇺🇸🇮🇷 How much is one American life worth? Yesterday, the U.S. military answered that question on Iranian soil. Priceless. Two MC-130J special ops aircraft landed deep inside Iran to extract the injured F-15 pilot and rescue team. Both became stuck in the soft desert ground south of Isfahan. With Iranian forces closing in, the U.S. made the only decision they could: blow them up, rather than allow Iran to capture them. Each MC-130J costs over $100 million. Four MH-6 Little Bird helicopters used in the mission were also intentionally destroyed, and three additional aircraft had to fly into Iran to complete the extraction. Iran claimed they shot them down. But they said the same thing in 2011 when Navy SEALs blew up a Black Hawk chopper during the bin Laden raid. The rescue succeeded. Both crew members are safe. The colonel who evaded Iranian forces for two days in the Zagros Mountains while wounded is alive. The aircraft are gone. The pilots are home. Worth it. Source: WSJ, NYT

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump said Iran’s air defenses were “100% annihilated.” Then a jet fell from the sky inside Iran. And that’s where things get uncomfortable. The last time the U.S. lost a fighter jet to enemy fire was back in 2003, during Iraq. Now look at just 48 hours. 1x F-15E shot down over Iran. 1x A-10 Warthog down near Hormuz. 2x HH-60 Black Hawks hit during the rescue. 4x MQ-9 Reaper drones lost during operations. That’s not small. The F-15E alone is around $30 million. Stack the rest, and you’re looking at hundreds of millions gone in two days. And these are just the losses the U.S. has actually confirmed. Which is the part people are quietly paying attention to. Because if this is what “annihilated” looks like… then whatever’s left is still very much in the fight. Thank you @YvetteCooperMP for convening a call of over 40 countries on the Strait of Hormuz. This waterway is a global public good. Iran cannot be allowed to charge countries a bounty to let ships pass. International law doesn’t recognise pay-to-pass schemes. Today, we looked at diplomatic, economic, and security measures to restore safe passage, alongside working with the shipping industry. The EU’s Aspides naval mission has already assisted 1,700 ships in the Red Sea and must be scaled up. We cannot afford to lose another critical trade route. We support work by the UN on humanitarian corridors in the Strait to get food and fertilisers out. The EU has tools to track and facilitate transit that could help with that.

In 2029, Apophis, a ~370m asteroid, will pass just ~31,000 km from Earth. That’s ~1/10 the distance to the Moon. Inside the orbit of geostationary satellites. Visible to the naked eye. Impact risk this time is low, but the flyby could shift its future trajectory. A direct hit would mean a ~1 km crater and regional devastation. That’s why becoming multiplanetary matters.
