@virginmedia It’s an outage in the area again - caused by virgin… so not much I could do but yet again wait for your team to fix it but it’s very worrying how unstable the network is currently

@BarclaysUK around once a month you are sending post to the old homeowner at our house. This has been for 2.5 years. Every time I send it back with ‘no longer at this address’ yet you keep sending them! Are you not updating your systems when post comes back to you?

@asda @AsdaServiceTeam don’t know why your delivery driver didn’t have the ability to refund this, he’s taken the item back so I filled in a refund request to get declined and now I’m £16.50 out of pocket?
