Judicial Authority: Decisions from the EU Court of Justice could supersede those of the CDN Supreme Court.

It does not define what European is. It says nothing about being on the continent of Europe.
Cyprus is part of the EU and they are on the continent of Asia, but are culturally and politically European.
Malta is part of the EU and they are on the continent of Africa, but are culturally and politically European.
Turkey is a candidate country half in Asia. And they have nothing in common with Europe culturally or politically, we are more qualified than they are.
We are culturally and politically European and there is precedent for countries like ours being in the EU despite not being in Europe. We can join the EU without any change to any laws. We just need to go through the usual approval process.
We have tons of resources Europe can exploit, even the biggest skeptic of the EU members who need to approve us can be convinced.
