Why are the Pashtuns calling themselves"Afghans? It is/was a Persian name for the Pashtuns as Pathan is in Urdu or Hindi.
Pakhtuns are Pakhtuns.
Isn't it strange?
A famous saying of Bacha Khan Baba - when ask by PM Liaqat Ali Khan in parliament what name he be called - he said; the Persian call me Afghan, the Indian call me Pathan, I am calling myself Pashtun/Pakhtun - so up to you Mr Prime Minister.

BREAKING: Trump:
Very good news! I have just been informed that the eight women protestors who were going to be executed tonight in Iran will no longer be killed.
Four will be released immediately, and four will be sentenced to one month in prison.
I very much appreciate that Iran, and its leaders, respected my request, as President of the United States, and terminated the planned execution.

Considering this fact, Iran’s ports aren’t blockaded - ships move around. So Trump’s “blockade” talk is either bluff or nonexistent, maybe just to hype his U.S. base.
Then why does Iran demand ending a “blockade” - that never stopped them - as a precondition for talks?

One European country after another is imposing sanctions on Israel due to its continued aggression, genocide, massacres of its opponents, violations of international law, and serious war crimes. All Muslim countries that have diplomatic relations with Israel should, in an act of humanity and faith , express solidarity with the oppressed people of Gaza and the nations oppressed by the Zionists, sever ties with the rogue and illegitimate Israeli state and impose sanctions on transactions with it. Israel is a great sin of the victors of the World Wars...
