The issue is ego
The pharmacist will say the doctor knows nothing about medications and even change prescription. Patient will lose confidence in that doctor.
Some doctors don't accept suggestions and some pharmacist too don't accept doctors explanations. That's ego

A pharmacist once drew my attention because I prescribed high dose of prednisolone to a child, I commended him for taken note of that then I told him this was not a mistake and then I went ahead to educated him on Nephrotic syndrome and that's how we became friends

On this Pharmacist-Doctor issue. It isn't hard! If you have a query about the doctor's prescription, put a call across. Doctor, I am concerned about the dose of prednisolone prescribed for this 6 year old. The doctor responds "Yes, I am managing for nephrotic syndrome. The patient will benefit from high dose steroid." No rudeness. No condescending speech. Patient is fine We focus on other things on twitter.

This is basically the summary of my experience with pharmacists
Whenever they call about my prescription, it’s basically me having to explain to them things they don’t know and exposing the limits of their knowledge
A proper clinical obstruction if you ask me

@oliveKubmite Today in Ortho clinic, one of the Pts told the Conso that d pharmacist refused to give him the tb drugs he prescribed last week bcos he believed the patient wasn't having TB cos there was no sign of Cough. The Conso had to educate him about other forms of TBs.

Have you guys seen the rate at which young people are dying? Some, they will tell you he just slept and didn’t wake up. Some will just slump and so on like that. I am suspecting that the high rate of drug abuse among our generation is beginning to show effect and if care is not taken, there will be a pandemic in the future.

First you know as a Christian you should get married as a virgin.
Then there is no issue of compatibility when both parties are just having their first sexual experience.

I did courtship for over one year without having a handshake with my wife; and I'm very much happily married, and extremely thankful to God.
We made that decision. No physical touch until marriage.
My wife even added her own. That she's not cooking anything for me to eat until we get married. I disagreed with it but she held out her decision. My friends was like how would you know that she can cook? I trusted God who led me.
We're married. My wife is some of the best cook I ever know. That my friend visited, ate and said he's going to the men of suit WhatsApp group to confirm.
It's more than possible. Two people who want to please God will please God even when it's unpopular and costly.
