SwiftUI was meant to make iOS development easier: less boilerplate, faster UI work. Now we have LLMs trained on almost two decades of UIKit data that can generate thousands of lines of solid UIKit code in seconds. So… what’s the point of SwiftUI today? UIKit is still the most reliable, well-documented, and battle-tested UI framework on iOS… and now it’s fast.
