Today, @NINGORwanda, along with @GovernanceRw , @RCSPRwanda, @UNDP_Rwanda and Rwanda Interfaith Council, together we commemorated the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, and renewed our commitment to build peace, and to protect the future of Rwanda’s children.
