@Only1MoreThing @DaleWil39870290 @cambridge_pt @sallyterra I use a Ninja Foodi that has a grate, but I also bought a flat insert for it that I use for things that might stick a lot (burgers or wings), give off a lot of grease (bacon or chicken thighs), or be runny (eggs).





@sallyterra @DaleWil39870290 Just to follow up, here is what happened to the burgers in there the longest (3 days). Lots of juices came off it. So I'm going to reiterate that I think this doesn't dry out the centre. (It had been awhile since doing this, so I wanted to be sure.)
