Yesterday’s @HouseCommerce committee hearing highlighted how 340B — a program originally intended to help low-income patients — has spiraled into another federal program plagued by waste, fraud, and abuse. Taxpayer dollars should not be misused for the luxury of big hospitals.

A European nonprofit, subsidized by U.S. tax dollars under the Biden admin, is partly responsible for the EU’s $140 million fine against X. Digital Services Taxes are an assault on American tech — an Orwellian punishment for civil discourse and a crusade against our free speech.

This is a tremendous development in the energy sector and a huge win for President Trump’s energy-dominant, pro-AI agenda. By maximizing our production capacity, the Trump admin is eliminating dependence on China, harnessing the AI revolution, and promoting national security.

Ensuring transparency and rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse in an otherwise opaque system is key to combating prevalent misuse. While Dems play games with taxpayer dollars, @POTUS and Republicans are focused on eliminating wasteful spending and improper payments in government programs.

Cases of Medicare and Medicaid fraud like this are not uncommon. Medicare fraud costs the U.S. over $60 billion annually — and states with weak guardrails are the most susceptible. That’s why the Trump admin and @CMSGov are overseeing a national crackdown on entitlements fraud.
