@dtsay56 Crazy response. I never saw this until now. This should’ve been addressed 5 years ago. Also these stupid league matches suck! No one likes them and the only players that like them are Carolina! Get pool play back, viewership jumps. Run small tournaments between majors.

Good conversation on Finals format - this is essentially showing the impact of the bracket reset. While we all agree the Winner’s Bracket team deserves an advantage, our position has been that having two lives in the Finals is too big of an edge and this data seems to reinforce that. WB teams winning 80% of the time entering the Finals can dampen the excitement: 1) The outcome seems predetermined and 2) during the match it's not as intense since it's not do-or-die for the WB team during a large portion of the match. Now should there be a bigger advantage for WB? Potentially (e.g., 1 map win). But we don’t think a bracket reset is the answer. Winning 4x as much (vs the 2nd best team no less) seems imbalanced and I’d argue that the now 60/40 split between winner of WB and LB is much healthier

Did my taxes this weekend. Nothing like being middle class w/ 2 dependents, own a home, max out 401K, HSA & FSA contributions, and don't claim any deductions in my paycheck, but still owe $6K... The new Trump tax plan seems to cost me more every year.

We desperately need Gridlock and Hacienda in the map pool. I don’t care that Haci was in last year, it’s a great map. I’d even listen to the plaza p1 song for the entire map at this point

@Methodz I don’t get why IW and Treyarch don’t carry over the best comp maps each year. We find good maps keep them! Id do anything to know Rio, 6 Star and Vista were possible options next year. (Yes I know it’s SHG).

OpTic have now lost 5 maps on LAN this season. 4 of those have been SNDs

In the CDL you can win 3 games to get to a Grand Finals and your % to lose the tournament is higher than winning it. INSANE FORMAT LMAO😭

One of my friends has followed the Dave Ramsey debt snowball plan to the letter. Attends every annual conference. Proud Ramsey advocate. Early 40s. Husband is a cop. Couple kids. Just a great, red-blooded Ohio family. Probably makes $200k/year as a household (just a guess). Over the last 10 years: • Paid off house • Paid off cars • 529s funded for kids • On track to retire around 55 Now look, I’m obviously a debt-user and advocate for going out there and building wealth. The Ramsey plan is not a character fit for me, as I’m admittedly wired very ambitious, and enjoy investing, building my business, and taking on that responsibility (and risk). But these folks are doing better than 90% of the country - in a stress free manner - simply by: • Finding a plan • Sticking to the plan • Not increasing expenses as income and savings grow Something to be said for that, I think. Stuck to their guns, didn’t care that it was “boring”. Didn’t listen to other people telling them to be more aggressive. Very happy for them.

My son recently had a cavity. Took him to the dentist, who extracted it. That dentist visit cost $2400. My insurance covered $250, so we owe $2,150 out of pocket. I pay $612/month for family dental and health insurance. Something seems broken.
