Fitting end to our Water Week. Full house and outstanding presentations at our Wonders and Woes of the River Wharfe event yesterday afternoon followed by field demonstrations, a guided walk and a film in the evening. Thanks to all involved!















It's a wrap! 2 tiny becks now fenced & planted up with 24 native species, gaps & glades, wet & dry. 5 sessions, 130 unique #volunteers incl @Lothersdale, 1800 trees and today the first sights & sounds of #Spring #UpperAireProject @YorksFarmWild @WildTroutTrust @YorksWildlife

Sulphur emissions over the global oceans decreased with about 80% in January 2020!






Fantastic turn out for our 6th #BigWindermereSurvey! Some of our #CitizenScientists are reporting some small slicks of #cyanobacteria scums along the shoreline of #Windermere. We've found a small bloom of #Woronichinia under our #microscopes. Thanks to all who contributed!
