Rich McCormick (R-GA): Chair of the Investigations and Oversight Subcommittee (under Science Committee). Co-signed the draft letter. The current federal requirement is a one-page weather modification reporting form to NOAA. However, GAO (Government Accountability Office) found most submissions contain errors and missing information.
