Let me further explain.
Virginia has a procedure set forth in its statutes for this kind of effort.
The advocates for the proposition violated the procedure.
The court allowed the vote because if the "No" side prevailed, the issue would be moot.
The defect in the procedure was there all along, and didn't go away because of the outcome of the vote.

We must not give the majority to the Democrats! Time to start encouraging good patriots to step up and run for office. Get involved locally and help your community vet possible candidates. May be too late for the midterms, but this is a process...not a quick fix!
