2/ We've had three people identify this person, all giving the same name. A mugshot from last year appears to match. We've passed the info to the OP to share with anyone they know who was affected. We'll follow up if any charges come from it. This person was just convicted last month on obstructing the legal process. Charge was downgraded from 4th degree assault on police by Mary Moriarty's office, and he was spun out with a slap on the wrist. He has another active case on 2 counts of 5th degree assault.

He comes up to ask if he can “pet your dog” and then he attempts to kick the dog instead! Would you be able to post so that people are on the lookout? This has been happening during the day over the past week. Most recently [Tuesday] around 10 a.m. on Nicollet Mall outside of the library. Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani.
