@OnStar I've called and talked to management and of course she had an excuse. Because I felt like I should give my money back all of it. You don't tell people ohh.The airbag has. It has to hit hard enough to reach certain sensors. When I get a new car I won't be getting you

@ATT and @AsurionCares are responsible for the unauthorized addition of a service plan to my account. I was notified of the unauthorized addition of the AT&T Advantage Protection plan via email and without warning. This is simply fraud and needs to be dealt with immediately.

@ATTHelp So you're saying my options are to compromise my personal data or confront the fraudster in person? You really need to update your safety protocols. You could ask for the email on the account as a safer alternative.

@ATTHelp I have been asked to follow a link and provide my ID and password via DM. This is probably the worst thing a person can do if they want to ensure their own data security.
