@TfL a friend of mine forgot to pay a £4 charge when out with his Father who is ill with cancer.He had a lot on his mind. You sent a Penalty Charge Notice of £90 when driving through the tunnel is £4. If he doesn’t pay it’s £180. How can he pay the £4 & get PCN cancelled? Thanks

The Victoria line is diabolical and has been for the last few hours constantly stopping in the tunnel or platform. There is surely a correlation between paying so much to travel and getting a terrible service @TfL

@TfL actually how do i do this for an oyster card? the same simple contact option does not exist. do i HAVE to call for this?

@TfL accidentally managed to do a same station exit a couple of nights back, touched out after 2 minutes, it's listed as a same-station-exit in the app, and yet for some reason the online account doesn't think it should be eligible for refund. Why do I have to call for this one?
