@Expedia Hi, please look at case number 33638412, need to refund me, your customer service team is going round and round with silly excuses.
The involved hotel (Blue Tree Premium Verbo Divino) must be thrown out of Expedia reservations IMHO, all con artists.

DONT book a flight with @Expedia or @lufthansa EVER
Flights changed > flights cancelled > Lufthansa say refund is processed > can't say where to > no money back > can't speak to anyone at Expedia and their customer support is non-existent

Customer service at @Expedia sucks these days. Just book directly through airlines who provide same prices and care about the customer.
Rep says system is down, call back in 30 mins. Suspecting that's an excuse I ask to transfer to manager. She says yes and then hangs up!

Got my flight cancelled again. The airline can't get me back until Tuesday. I have work Tuesday. I find a flight that will get me home this afternoon. It suddenly says its unavailiable. I search it up again. Its not full, but the price jumped up. Kys expedia
