Frustrated to see celebrities with no knowledge or connection to our sport taking center stage. I've lived and breathed this from birth—my father before me, and I’ve actually been a spokesperson for F1 @IMS who truly understands and is a pro racer and knows what it means. This sport deserves genuine voices, not just hype from Hollywood who are watching Netflix.

That's one thing Console players will always be missing out on is high frame rates. And most console players have no idea how much they're missing out on because of it. It's night and day running something at even 60 or above

Just putting this out there: The base PS5 is still fine. You don't really need a Pro model. The Pro is better, yes, but it's far from necessary.
Don't let FOMO guide your decisions, especially when the product is multiple hundreds of dollars.

@DeekeTweak The base ps5 is 7 years old hardware.
Games like crimson desert and all the other AAA games being released have far surpassed it's hardware capabilities. I can't imagine how GTA6 is gonna run on base ps5 or series s

I saved roughly over $200K in past 1 week because i didnt buy and kept cash on hand.
If i bought on the last Friday or early on Monday, i would have been down roughly 10% to 15%.
Power of patience in market like this makes more money than investing.

Don't blow $750 if you don't have it like that. And then it's about $830 if you have a physical game library, so you're blowing $800+ because you're scared about PS5 Pro turning into a $1000 console in April.
The regular PS5 is fine until PS6.

If you are a heavy console gamer I recommend picking up the PS5 Pro before the price goes up on April 2! It’s a console that has gotten better as time goes on with upgrades like PSSR 2. Games like Resident Evil Requiem and Crimson Desert run much better on it and that will be even more true in the future with games like GTA6. After April 2 it’s extremely hard to recommend it cos of the crazy high price.

@JuiceMan_V Been playing TLOU2 Remastered on the base PS5 and it looks amazing. There's no reason to upgrade unless you have money to throw away. GTA6 will look just fine on base PS5 just as Red Dead looked amazing on a basic PS4!

🚨ICYMI: Sony announced it's raising the price of a PS5 Pro to $899.99. Staight up, if you're buying this you're retarded. If you're going to spend $900 for a console save up a few extra hundred bucks and by a Steam Machine when it comes out and unlock the PC Gaming Master Race.

Just keep in mind market recovery events usually happen largely in 1 day, if you sit too long trying to time the bottom, you’ll almost definitely miss the single large day majority recovery.
I respectfully disagree with your view - the market is down relative to where it was prior to the event, and yes we may not be at the bottom, but the 1 thing you can be sure of is that you will benefit from the recovery of *this* point to historic highs, even if you have to ride the storm a little bit.
Take the 5-10% recovery of this point even if you go down a few more % first, rather than trying to time the bottom and missing the majority of the recovery.

No one has a crystal ball, but the market sentiment is palpable. The bottom isn't in, and this has got some way to go by the looks of things.
Holding onto my cash still seems the sensible thing to do right now. Lots of people will say that trying to time the market is a fools game, which I agree with in principle. However, right now, it seems a no-brainer and has done since Jan.
So I'm pleased with my decision to hold out and happy to let things ride for a bit.
