@TUIUK don’t appreciate being told by the crew “if you don’t board in the next 5mins there are hrs delay” when you failed to relay gate info on time, therefore didn’t open it on time and didn’t arrange appropriate assistance on time. Don’t blame the passengers for your mistakes

@TUIUK why are you refusing a refund for 2 nights missed holiday due to a 29hour flight delay. Refund for delay received as entitled after 3 hours but nothing for only having 9 nights holiday instead of 11 we paid you for ! Robbery

@TUIUK Secondary tracing has a answerphone on that number telling you this is not the ideal way to get in touch. There right I’ve left 3 messages and no one has got in touch. You shouldn’t be advertising that number as a solution

@TUIUK Glasgow flight to Dalaman this evening has been delayed from 6.30pm to now showing as leaving at midnight, so passengers been at the airport since 3.30pm, flight time been pushed 3 times already, is the flight definitely going or will it be cancelled???

One of my clients had to be disembarked from a Cruise due to illness on the first day and spent the rest of her holiday in hospital then having to catch 2 flights home! She needs a part cancellation certificate for her insurance but struggling to get this from @TUIUK
