UPS Public Affairs

Yesterday, I visited @UPS Chicago Area Consolidation Hub(CACH) facility tour with Jonathan Chowansky, UPS Director of State Public Affairs to learn more about the company’s Sustainability Goals and Achievements. We all know that UPS is a world leader in logistics and transportation, but the CACH location in Hodgkins, Illinois right off of I-294 is the largest ground hub in the world. 🌍📦🚚🚛 At this location they employ over nine thousand Illinois citizens from every community. Who hasn’t had someone in their family work at UPS. ➡️ 𝙍𝙚𝙥. 𝙀𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙄𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙞𝙨 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨. ➡️ 𝙍𝙚𝙥. This week I toured the @UPSPolicy Health Care Distribution Center in Bullitt County to see how communities like Bullitt help keep people around the Commonwealth and our nation healthy. As Health Chair of @housecommerce I will always work to ensure our health care supply chains are reliable and secure.

I work in Washington to deliver results, but this past week I did something a little different and with @UPS, I helped deliver packages to folks in #SC07. UPS and their drivers work long and hard to ensure residents and local businesses efficiently get what they need!
