Buck Evans, 51, was in violation his PA State Parole for the underlying charges of aggravated assault (1997) and abuse of corps (2020). A warrant for Evans arrest was issued by @CorrectionsPA in March. @USMS_Philly and PA State Parole FAST agents arrested Evans in Upper Darby.

@USMS_Philly and @CorrectionsPA Fugitive Apprehension Search Team (FAST) agents arrest more than 180 state parole fugitives annually in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Fugitives Vincent McDowell, Justin Rinaldi, and Miguel Rodriguez have all been recently apprehended.

Cardell Clinton was wanted by @JtownPD for firearms possession and terroristic threats after discharging a round at a woman's home on Feb 19th. He was also wanted in Cambria County for flight to avoid apprehension. @USMS_Philly arrested Clinton in the 500 block of N. 56th St.

@USMS_Philly arrested @Warwickpdbucks fugitive Joseph Vicenty, 39, in the 3200 block of Frankford Ave. Vicenty was wanted for PWID and Drug Delivery Resulting in Death. In Aug 2024 a 36 year-old man was found deceased in Jamison Pa. A warrant for Vicenty was issued Mar 24, 2026.

Izone Jackson, 26, was arrested by @USMS_Philly at 58th and Baltimore ave. Jackson was wanted by @PhillyPolice for aggravated assault on officers and by Wilmington Delaware PD for firearms possession and strangulation. Jackson struck two PPD officers while fleeing on Jan 15.

@USMS_Philly @PhillyPolice SIG and Highway Patrol arrested Ashley Green in the 1300 block of W. Wishart St. Green was wanted for aggravated assault in relation to an Oct 25 shooting in the 1800 block of E. Pike Street. @PhillyPolice SIG issued a warrant for her arrest on Nov 7.

Rashiem Russell has been apprehended in Darlington, South Carolina by @USMS_Philly and the Carolinas Regional Task Force. Russell was wanted for the violent assault of a school crossing guard in Darby Borough. He is being held at Florence county jail waiting extradition to PA.

@USMS_Philly and members of the NY/NJ RFTF (AC Division) arrested New Jersey murder fugitive Malik Boone, 31, in the 4800 block of Merion Ave. Boone was wanted for a Nov 2016 homicide that occurred outside the Hamilton Mall in Egg Harbor Twp. Boone was charged in August of 2024.

@USMS_Philly will be assisting @PhillyPolice in the search for double homicide fugitive, Najee Williams. The first murder first took place Dec 22nd and the second on Jan 11th. Both homicide victims were tow truck drivers who were killed by gunfire. Tips to 1-866-865-8477(TIPS).

Raymon Feliciano, 39, was apprehended in the 900 block of E. Sanger St. by @USMS_Philly and @PhillyPolice Highway Patrol. Feliciano was wanted for aggravated assault (shooting), robbery, and weapons possession. The incident was on March 1st inside JJ's Cafe at 1065 E. Erie Ave.

William Jubilee, 55, was arrested by @USMS_Philly in the 4800 block of N. Marshall Street. He was wanted by @PhillyPolice SIG for shooting a 66-year-old woman on Sept 15 in the 4600 block of Wayne Ave. A warrant for aggravated assault and firearms possession was issued Dec 12.

@USMS_Philly and Radnor Police arrested a Pennsylvania school district employee in Radnor, Pa. Michael Robinson, 43, was wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Minor. The assault occurred August 2024 in Tyler Texas and Robinson was indicted by the Smith County DA in Dec 2025.

@USMS_Philly arrested Nicola Cutrone, 33, in the 1300 block of Colwell Ln, Conshohocken, Pa. Cutrone was wanted by @PhillyPolice SIG for a shooting in the 800 block of Spring Garden St on Nov 30. Cutrone discharged his firearm during an altercation and hit an innocent bystander.

@USMS_Philly (Reading Division) has coordinated the arrest of Alejandro Hernandez, 43, in Guatemala City, Guatemala. In 2019, Hernandez was charged with "Rape of a Child" in Berks County, PA. The Marshals Task Force in Reading has been investigating Hernandez since October 2022.

After attempting to flee from the residence @USMS_Philly @ATFPhiladelphia fugitive, Lamont Sparrow, was apprehended in the 1500 block of W. 67th Ave. Sparrow was wanted for the April 29, 2024, arson at @PAStatePolice Belmont barracks. A $5,000 reward was offered by ATF on Feb 4.

@USMS_Philly & USMS Delaware investigators arrested William Case, 31, in Wilmington. Case was wanted for assaulting an @PhillyPolice Officer on Feb. 7th inside the Xfinity Mobile Arena at the Bare-Knuckle Fighting Championship. Case is a known member of the Pagan Motorcycle Club.

@USMS_Philly has arrested Bucks County escapee Shawn Dempsey, 57, in Carlisle PA. After being transported by Bucks Corrections to the Univ of Penn hospital and signing an agreement he would not leave, Dempsey fled during the procedure. A warrant for escape was issued on Jan 29.

@USMS_Philly arrested Edgar Manon, 47, in the 2200 block of N. 15th Street. Manon was wanted by the Manhattan District Attorneys Office for 2nd degree Murder. On Oct 14, 2020, in front of 70 Post Ave @NYPD34PCT Manhattan, Manon shot and killed a 32 year-old male victim and fled.

@USMS_Philly @USMSNewJersey @YonkersPD arrested Dijani Brown, 28, in NY. Brown was wanted for sexually assaulting 2 juveniles under 16 in Montgomery and Lancaster County. Brown met the victims through friend finder apps, lied about his age, and assaulted the girls in his car.

@USMS_Philly Reading and M-PA Task Force arrested Roylin Cabral-Villa, 18, in Girardville, PA. He was wanted for a Feb. 1 shooting at a Reading PA recreational center. One of the victims was 12 years old. A warrant for Aggravated Assault and Firearms Possession was issued Feb 2.
