@DrJesseMorse I think the protein and cals are a little overrated. I have been doing 20 plus hour daily fast for two years and I have no issues getting 100 plus grams of protein and healthy fat in one meal. I have noticed zero muscle loss. And feel like I’m 25.

That’s what my diet looks like.
I can’t get on board with the timing though.
Hard to get enough protein and calories in if you’re not eating until later in the day.
