I think Tino, as a minister responsible for youth, must have said it's for youth not to specifically say Zanu Pf youth.
He is a minister of all youth, even when speaking at a Zanu event.He needs new members, so he must appeal to all.

Youth League Questions US$ 500K Reward to Rutendo Benson Matinyarare The ZANU PF Youth League Harare Province leadership has reinforced concerns many members raised over Cde Dr Paul Tungwarara @paultungwarara , Presidential Advisor’s decision to reward Rutendo Benson Matinyarare @matinyarare with US`$200,000 cash and a Toyota Land Cruiser valued at US$300,000. Speaking at a meeting attended by Hon. Minister Tino Machakaire @HonMachakaire and Hon. John Paradza @HonParadza , the Youth League said the issue goes beyond the money and vehicle. Their concern is the message and precedent it sets for the party. The youth questioned whether the objective was to stop Matinyarare’s attacks on President Emmerson Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa @edmnangagwa , or if it instead rewarded someone who has repeatedly used his platform to undermine the President, loyal cadres, and party leadership. They expressed strong disapproval of “rewarding” individuals who publicly insult the President and leadership, noting the move has caused unease among young members. The Youth League’s position is clear: party resources must fund empowerment and development, and reward loyalty, hard work, and commitment to ZANU PF values. They are calling for corrective measures, arguing that actions perceived to reward attacks on the President and party risk sending the wrong signal. @Busongwiz You can actually.Zanu Pf is about common ideology like any political party. CAB 3 is not an ideology! A constitutional mutilation is about everybody.

CDF is not a political party. It is convergence for common principles and values.Anyone can be part of it, and lots of Zanu pf members who disagree with resolution 1 are supporters, financiers, and so forth.

I doubt every cause should be made a political party.Constitution, environment, governance, free enterprise, etc.CDF is NOT a political party. It's not a weird and wild ideal to raise funds, but to say CDF commands police to its convener is a very wild assumption.

According to the COZWVA Intel Unit, Wicknell Chivayo harbors presidential ambitions. He intends to capitalize on the proposed CAB3 under which MPs wld elect the president. He aims to sponsor candidates in all constituencies, eg he plans to back Madzibaba Moses in Chirumanzu South
