All of the AI launches recently are for companies: "replace employees with agents" and "reduce headcount by 25% because of AI". That's why I'm amped to show off work coach's latest feature: a coach that observes your meetings to help you get better. Built for you, not for your company. You don't need another meeting transcriber, you need something giving you the straight honest feedback that will help you. Whether you're interviewing for a role, onboarding at a new company, or trying to show off your leadership skills, you need someone in your corner helping you get better. Thanks @Remotion for making this INSANELY easy to make.

Woo hoo! Finally! Today is the day the HubSpot team (including me) can *finally* talk about so many of the things we've been working on in the HubSpot platform and products. It's HubSpot Spring Spotlight Day! This is the biggest (virtual) event we have next to UNBOUND. Reflecting back on 20 years of HubSpot, today ranks up there in the top 3 in terms of the sheer volume of improvements launched. Link is in the comments, but you won't need it, because you're likely going to see mentions of this all over today. (We're all very excited). If there's something you're particularly excited about, please reply and tell me about it. It'll make my day. Thanks for your support. It's going to be a great year for HubSpot's 290,000+ customers -- and our partner ecosystem. Cheers.

You bombed your interview and nobody told you why. Your answers were fine. Your delivery was the problem. The worst part? Recruiters and hiring managers are never going to tell you this. But you can't fix what you can't see. That's why I built Work Coach. It observes your interviews, gives you tactical feedback, helps you practice, and tracks your improvement over time. Try it at work.coach

i wonder what clearly.md might look like as a macos-native obsidian alternative in an AI/agent world 🤔

@danwolch Really smart. Most sales reps have zero visibility into how they actually perform in meetings. The gap between what people think they sound like and reality is massive. Excited to see AI closing that feedback loop in real time.

Today's meeting tools give you a transcript, but nobody tells you how you did. I'm so excited to announce Work Coach (a new mac meetings app). Work Coach helps you by: - Observing you in meetings (interviews, 1:1s, sales calls, team meetings) - Analyzing how you show up to those meetings - Identifying opportunities to improve - Replaying the exact moments from your meetings where it happened - Role play conversations (intros in an interview, asking for a raise, etc) - Interviewing your coworkers to get feedback that you're not getting I'll put the download link below.

Rex spent 10+ years at HubSpot. His wife was at Dropbox. After parental leave, they both quit within 24 hours. They role-played their quitting conversations with each other the night before.

@danwolch When can Work Coach train my agents so I don't have to even attempt to talk to people?
