Today, we’re pulling the curtain back to unveil SuperMe 1.0: the AI-native professional network, launch Perspective Search, and announce that we’ve raised a $6.8M seed round. How @SuperMeAI works: - Ask a question. - SuperMe finds the right professionals. - Their AI profiles answer instantly, grounded in their real work. It’s how advice really works in business. We’ve just built it into the network. Search is changing. But it has gaps. AI assistants answer without revealing the humans behind the knowledge. Perspectives are lost as blue links turn into one-size-fits-all answers. Perspective Search is our answer to that. We show multiple answers to your questions, from people who have solved your problem before. You can also go deeper by engaging with individual profiles. We’re also excited to share that we’ve raised a $6.8M seed round led by @mduboe at @GreylockVC , joined by some of the most thoughtful builders and operators in tech (see list below). Read the full story in Alex Konrad’s Upstarts and our full launch post in the comment below. We’ve brought on a large group of amazing angels to help bootstrap the network with fantastic insights: Product Leaders: @aparnacd , CPO for AI Experiences at Microsoft @nikhyl , Founder of the Skip and Former VP Product at Meta @archieabrams , VP Product at Shopify @omarseyal , Head of Product, AI Search at Instagram @ngavini , former CPO at Pinterest @makavy , former CPO at Lyft @ShaunMClowes , CPO at Confluent @eugenewei , former CPO at Oculus, Hulu, Flipboard @jasoncosta , Sr. Director Product at Reddit Founders: @shishirmehrotra , CEO of Superhuman @bbalfour , Founder/CEO of Reforge @VanjaJosifovski , Founder/CEO of KumoAI, former CTO at Pinterest @catleecatlee & @smallchou , former bosses of mine at Pinterest and co-founders of Pace @rob, Co-founder of Ro @PameVls , Founder/CEO of Musa @IAmBrandonTerry Founder/CEO of Village @dmccartney Co-founder of ScoutFM Growth Leaders: @ElenaVerna , Growth at Lovable @brianhale, Chief Growth Officer at Doordash @fishmanaf , Growth and Product Advisor Darius Contractor, Chief Growth Officer at Otter @luclevesque , former Chief Growth Officer at Shopify @dannieb , Head of Growth Engineering at Coinbase @micahmoreau , SVP Growth at Hims & Hers @sri_batchu , former CMO at The Real Real @HilaQu , Former VP Growth at Gitlab @eusden , formerly Growth at Pinterest, Alto, Faire Operators: @danhockenmaier , Chief Strategy Officer at Faire @jluan , Head of AGI SF Lab at Amazon @lieber, former COO Postmates, CBO Shippo Morgan Hughes, former CFO at Cambly, VP Finance at Airbnb and Grubhub @mckenzielock , GM Content Platform at Netflix Ali Behnam and Michael Morell at Riviera Eddie Hsu, Head of TPM, Android at Google Jeffrey Chang, Product at Adobe Benjamin Huh, Assistant General Counsel at Crowdstrike Investors: @lennysan , Author of Lenny’s Newsletter & Lenny’s Podcast @HarryStebbings and @Kieranleehill at20VC @kevinakwok , Partner at Sutter Hill @mercebent , Co-founder at Premise @Chengdavid923 , GP at Coreline Ventures @tkendall, founder at Common Metal and former President at Pinterest @NikkiFarb , Founder at Power of N @ngoel & Amr Al-Shihabi at Karman Ventures Mei Z. @ikirigin , Founder at Tango VC We’re just getting started.

@aunder @SlackHQ Agreed. Totally atrocious. First ever email from them I marked as spam. Still have no idea what the point was.

In this day and age of infosec threats, this subject line from @SlackHQ is a bad call. After the brief cortisol spike that someone using the name Miles Davis had joined our Slack, I scrolled down, and then just wondered why on earth I would want this in my work communication tool.

@Spotify can you bring back the ability on the desktop app to highlight multiple tracks and delete them from a playlist all at once? I can still highlight a bunch at once, but now app only delete tracks one at a time. Feels like a bug.

Seeing the clear dichotomy in my responses and that’s making me feel this even stronger.. Every large company manager: you know nothing, we need to be invested, this is how it’s always been done. Every startup manager: thanks for saying this, yes, feel this in my bones. 🤷‍♂️

I'm so glad I can finally say this without being canceled (I think).. Weekly 1:1s are generally a psy-op by mid tier empire-building managers who simply want to micromanage versus trusting their reports to pursue excellence and flourish. It’s to steer you so that you don’t fall out of line. If you are still in a job where you are being coddled every day, I urge you to find a place that truly pushes your boundaries. At least for a little bit you’ll know what excellence demands and what it feels like being in high performance teams.

@danielpearson Yeah but founders used to have a clearer sequence form product one to additions that would be more and more durable. Seeing that a lot less this generation.

I agree overall on the pressure! But I think worrying about whether you're pushing out a "less durable" thing is something that early stage founders should not worry about at all because: 1. everlasting durability has never existed even pre-AI. durability mostly comes from adaptability and AI makes that more true 2. durability of solutions is not something early customers care about. they just care if you're solving visceral pain and improving their lives. doing that is the only job of pre PMF / early PMF founders.

Being a founder in an AI world feels like needing to build the future before someone else creates an alternative future first. Much more time pressure than in past cycles. You used to be able to take all the time in the world as long as you eventually unlocked product/market fit. Windows didn't close quickly at all. Leads founders to push out less durable ideas so they at least get in the game. Or over-promise and under-deliver with a hype driven narrative the product can't remotely back up. Strange days.

@scott___ttocs Way more players compared to mobile, and the technical capability meaningfully changes a few times a year when it used to only meaningfully change every 5+ years.

I get this the latest “chance to rebuilding everything” campaign but idk if the speed has changed or there are just more players now that LLMs can do most of the grunt work allowing technicalish people to play a volume game. Essentially you can build faster now, but pace of real change seems to be the same (sans the model companies)

Grocery is a $1.5T domestic market — bigger than restaurants, bigger than hotels. But it's running on technology from the Reagan administration. We just raised a $22M Series B for @VoriHQ to make every supermarket in America autonomous.
