@afilina @allenholub Don’t know the name but it’s sort of misapplication of cohesion? Thinking of Tom de Marco “Cohesion is a measure of the strength of association of the elements inside a module. A highly cohesive module is a collection of statements and data items that should be treated..”

So many people make the mistake of breaking things down into smaller pieces along the wrong seams, and then sharing state or adding unreasonable back-and-forth chatter, making complexity unbearable. Is there a name to this anti-pattern?
