@bbarzals @Airbnb cancels the reservation if they think the host didn’t reply to you within 3 hours, it doesn’t matter if you were in touch via phone. They blame it on the host when in reality it’s Airbnb doing this. They cancelled mine and charged me a fee for cancelling on a guest

@SuperStevoe It could be Airbnb. I am a host and airbnb cancelled a reservation on my behalf saying I was late in responding and charged cancellation money from me. Told the guest that I cancelled the reservation whereas in reality it’s the @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb system. It has been 3 days

A product was returned on 16 Jan, yet to get refund. Just getting mails that team is looking into it on priority. There was a serial number mismatch as told by courier person who picked return. 2 items were picked, one is refunded & other is pending. @MandSIndia

@marksandspencer I have been trying to return an item I ordered in November in India. I have sent multiple emails and made numerous calls. I don’t understand how long does it take to make a return! My emails go unanswered and two weeks still waiting for a pick up!
