I need to find a lawyer, due help me either sue or act on my behalf against @optimum. I just spoke to an executive customer relationship and she flat out said they would not honor the promises made on the phone to me, that she clearly has confirmed that it indeed occured.

@OptimumHelp I am looking for a lawyer to help me with lies and broken promises I was given to stay as a optimum mobile customer. I was even told I could add an international ESIM before I traveled and now that I’m in Colombia, that is not the case and had to purchase a data pass

@ExpediaHelp I have never had so many issues as I’ve had over the January 2-6 trying to book places. Two of the 3 places I booked, were actually not available. Had I not contacted the hosts I would have shown up to places with other guests there. 3rd place was under repairs!

@Topgolf came here to use the 30 minute free play promotion, and it’s been over an hour wait, and they said it’s because they have only the main level active yet, there are people playing on the ground level. So obviously the staff is lying only because we came with a promotion.
