As an @UberEats ONE member the customer service absolutely blows. A restaurant didn’t include an item because the driver said they were out… but the driver nor the restaurant called me to get a replacement item.

On @DecoderPod @dkhos talk about all the advances they’re doing. Insane to me they can’t offer a full refund with the technology they’re creating.

They wouldn’t give me a full refund and customer service was like well you got a partial refund, but I’m like yea but this ruined my entire dinner experience. They didn’t care. May be time to try something else. Tried uber eats one after listening to CEO
