@jsrailton That’s a bit misleading because that hot plug kit is designed for NEMA 5-15, and says it supports 110v. That’s standard US household power. Many datacenters use 208v+ power and provide PDUs with C13/C14 connectors, which are practically impossible to use a hotplug kit on.

Your 'privacy' VPN is still a physical server in somebodies jurisdiction. Claim of RAM disk servers as protection is...interesting. I know nothing more about this case, but keep in mind that hotplugs that let authorities seize a server without cutting power are commonplace 1/

Apple froze the Ghostty Apple ID today, probably because they felt threatened by the incredible speed with which we're making the built-in Terminal look like a toy. I'm working on fixing this. Might need Tim Sweeney to expand the scope of the lawsuit. (The Ghostty Apple ID was actually frozen, I don't know why, it's only used for API calls from GitHub Actions. However, the rest of this tweet is a joke!)

I'm all for people living in big homes for comfort, but mandating all houses be single family homes is wrong. So are prohibitory height requirements.
