This is Baby Harriet. She was found in a medical waste bin. 4 years ago today. Baby Harriett was one of five nearly full-term babies discovered outside of the infamous Washington-Surgi clinic in D.C. She had an incision on the back of her neck— Indicating she may have been killed by a FEDERALLY BANNED late-term abortion. Even after 4 years, there has been no investigation into the potential crimes committed against these babies. This is egregious. We MUST demand #JusticeForTheFive.

Not necessarily. Yes, we would all like to see her punished. But what about the next one who DOESN'T come forward because she would be punished like this woman. Better to let the wrongly accused sue the state for wrongful incarceration, and her for false accusation. He could get enough to take care of himself for the rest of his life from the state, and maybe a little from her to let her know she should never do it again.

He lost 6 years of his life in prison for a rape that never happened. The accuser later admitted she made it up. Question: Should there be consequences for false accusations that send innocent people to prison?
