@timburchett I have a legitimate question. How do members of the public get themselves heard? UK has a system where an official petition can be launched on their website. If it reaches 100,000 signatures it is considered and replied to. The public has a route to place pressure and be heard.

Let's do a quick lesson on Identifiers 💥 • ISIN = International Securities Identification Number • FIGI = Financial Instrument Global Identifier Both systems are used to track securities globally, but FIGIs provide more details. They can identify: • Country of listing • Exchanges listed on • Share class Think of FIGIs as the fingerprints of the financial world. They are the most in depth identifier.🕵️‍♂️FIGIs also stay with the same instrument in perpetuity, there are few reasons to change a FIGI. This is why at the time of the name change, the ISIN was re-assigned but the FIGI stayed the same. Now CUSIPs are pretty basic. The acronym stands for the Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures. These identifiers are used ONLY in US and Canada and are basically the middle section of an ISIN. OpenFIGI has stated that [1896724D] was a “dummy instrument,” never meant for public use. But here’s the kicker: They assigned it an official ISIN [US 89102U202 4] (the K+L Gates 'error' ISIN), instead of creating a new instrument. 🤔 Then, on June 28, 2021—after the $TRCH/$MMAT merger—the ISIN [US 89102U202 4] was swapped out and replaced with a new one, [US 59134N203 6], which we now know as #MMTLP. OpenFIGI has cited a name change Corporate Action as the reason for the identifier swap. So far, this makes sense. The Preferred shares were a spin-off/new company that required a new FIGI identifier. The Corporate Action does justify a new ISIN identifier. But, OpenFIGI seems adamant this Ticker is for internal use only. Are they right? Keep reading.

It all started on June 17, 2021: A data scientist manually created an internal instrument for Torchlight’s preferred shares on OpenFIGI. Here’s what they created: • Ticker: [1896724D] • FIGI: [BBG011J195M8] But, there was a mistake, it was created as an Equity, not a Preferred Share. Check out the Bloomberg screenshot that is contradicting itself.

I've said this before and I'll say it again - Nextbridge should register with BAFIN and not the SEC. Get out of the circus. Take back ownership of the synthetics from the inside of the system, remove EU 236 exemption. Its legendary. It will work. And the base share price? $1,189; as priced out by BMO & Belpointe.

I just realized I don't think the statements in this email are true. The SEC metadata shows someone retroactively accessed/edited filings for $MMTLP & $MMAT from summer 2021 on Oct 13, 2021. That is the same day that the identifiers were changed and hid previous trading activity that proves massive fraud. If that wasn't their fraud department, then who was it? And why did they retroactively access the filings if they hadn't discovered the fraud for another year+? @DOJCrimDiv
