Over the years of making Tech content I've interacted with many Tech communities. One thing I've learnt is that the more defensive people are about their favorite language/library/etc the more subconsciously they realized how shit it is. You don't need to defend good Tech.

Using code with me for android so it was really nice pairing up with the candidate and talking/fixing a small sample app.

@markasduplicate @jetbrains VS code still has an editor sharing plugin. I forgot the name, but we used that for interviews because it can run without having to install anything on the collaborators machine.

2026.1 will be the last IDE release to officially support it, with the service planned to shut down in Q1 2027.
