So I couldn’t use a ticket because of Covid and now @LeShuttle won’t let me change a ticket to December. I own a hospitality business so cannot travel until then ! Appalling service from @LeShuttle

@SumUp non existent customer service from Sum Up in France. I wish we hadn’t signed up to use them

@VisionExpress er hello ! Shop in SW3 closed for renovations and didn’t bother to inform us that our appointments were cancelled!! Poor customer service

@LeShuttle Non-existant customer service. Thanks for not allowing me to change a ticket by 2 months, despite it being fully paid for and not being able to use it for a year due to lockdowns here in France. Dont worry about your customers will you ! Appalling

Family or friends with properties in France? The rules have changed this summer. At least a month before your visit, they must go to the town hall with evidence that you are insured, fill in forms and pay €30. Why? After Brexit, different rules apply. independent.co.uk/travel/news-an…

@SimonCalder UK nationals have to prove adequate funds and full healthcare to travel to Europe now as they are no longer part of the EU....and copy of accomodation booking or attestation from local town hall in France if visiting friends homes....is this all correct ?
