American food posts are so annoying because they can’t just say “oh, you do it that way? But we prefer it another way!”. They all have to take that patronising “oh you poor dear, gosh do you not know about heating???” tone, then they get surprised when people react poorly to it

When someone says, "Burgers need American cheese because of how well it melts and is prefect for burgers," I don't trust their opinion on anything food-related at all, much less burgers: if you're willing to defile your burger with that awful flavor just for the nice melting, you make it clear you don't actually care about your food or how it tastes.

@hondarollsroyce @AmarisDidNoBad Trader Joe’s has a minimum of 2 types of uk cheddar at anytime plus like 10 other types of just cheddar. Do you guys have any Wisconsin cheddar or Vermont cheddar or any cheese from France Spain Greece etc at youre stores?

It's impossible to explain to a Yank what Cheddar cheese is like. Their only reference point is liquidised knob cheese in a spray can. We should be mindful of their limitations.

I can’t lie… the food in America is ridiculous.
Everyone talks about portion sizes but nobody talks enough about how GOOD everything tastes.
Even the “quick” food feels elite compared to what I’m used to in the UK.

I'm very mixed on his designs in 2, some are great, others not so much. His designs in 3 are consistently good and Future Redeemed's are his best work on the series imo
