Because I got an email from yesterday (not from Nusuk but from someone working there) that said ticket is in my Nusuk profile. & In my profile there is the E-ticket. In the form that we know.

#Nusuk_Hajj is the only authorized platform for booking Hajj packages for the year 1444 AH - 2023 AD. The platform provides a diverse range of packages offered through (12) licensed companies for this year

@AngganaAlhafidz @Hajj_nusuk You can try to go to your country‘s saudi embassay. You will get it the same day. Take your passport documents and vaacination proof with you.

@Hajj_nusuk I would like to highlight a possible discrimination in the approval of Visa, I applied the visa the same time/in seconds with other pilgrim who happened to have Danish Passport. He got the visa 3 weeks ago, but I am still waiting, now 1 month!! how is that not discrimination?!!

@Ptiit1 @Hajj_nusuk Call the saudi embassy in your country, its the fastet way. Take your passport, residents card,vaccination proof to the embassy and you will get your visa straight away

@Hajj_nusuk Your support team is not useful at all, apart from the automated same message to different questions. Really frustrating. I got "Waiting for send passport to embassy" in the nusuk profile without any instruction on how to send, where to send etc.

The support team of #Nusuk_Hajj is available to serve you 24/7.

@Hajj_nusuk please amend credit card payments to allow multiple transactions as no credit card has such a huge limit. Our hajj journey is in jeopardy because of this restriction. Other pilgrims in same position.

@shoaim7 @Hajj_nusuk Assalamualikum! Me and my wife are on the same profile and it would need more than 33k Canadian to make single transaction which is literally impossible given the credit limit. We utmost request @MoHU_En to allow multiple credit card payments. JazakAllahu Khairan.

Dear @Hajj_nusuk, pls consider allowing Hajj pilgrims to pay their fees with multiple credit cards. Not every1 can make such a big transaction in one go. This would make it easier for ppl to fulfill their religious obligation w/o financial burden. #Canadians #Nusuk_Hajj #hajj2023

@Hajj_nusuk My husband’s last name contains an letter ü and has rejected. I have contacted the helpdesk. His answer is to fulfill the nature letter. I have tried many times to use een u in it but the program doesn’t accept it. Has automatically rejected. How can we do? Pleas help!

@Hajj_nusuk Es gibt Probleme im App, da es keine langen Wörter ackzeptiert...keine ö,ä,ü akzeptiert, Datum wird anders als im Pass geschrieben und Nationalität wird Germany obwohl es im Pass Deutsch heißt. Deshalb wird das Application nicht akzeptiert!
