A paradox occuring to me in recent months is backed up by a survey I've just carried out: institutions have greater need than ever for #learninganalytics but aren't able to develop their capacities in it due to the logistics of suddenly having to teach all their students online

@scottbw Good idea but that might require some advice for creating "analytics ready" courses. I'm not aware of any such guidelines yet.

@sclater Maybe it's worth seeding the idea now that when developing courses for a 2021 start, that not only is content created using an 'online first' philosophy, but also designed for analytics.

So for Scotland, five levels, where the highest level is set to number 4 and the lowest level is actually restrictions in place (i.e. higher than the "no restriction" pre-covid rate). Simples.
