@USPS Your service is pathetic. You don't deliver packages if the slightest anything goes wrong (snow, another car on the road, hurt feelings). Then when I call to inquire about my package, impossible menu to navigate and 1 hour wait for small, country post office. Horrible!

I’ve had to go up to our town hall to download documents for work. Thankfully, our town worked for years to be able to install our own fiber network just this year. It should not have required a pandemic for people to realize how important internet access is out in the country
