Remarkably good footage -- as in suspiciously convenient. e.g. They could have altered the road with handfuls of sand and waited for their victim to come speeding through the tunnel capturing a "viral video" Watch the video again and pay special attention to the boys (rather than the car). They are standing at the edge of the road looking into the tunnel with video already recording in anticipation of a possible victim. The last boy in the video throws his arms up in immense regret -- an action that is generally associated with one of extreme guilt being experience as a emotion of a witnessed action. Watch it again.. repeatedly until you see it for yourself. They were waiting and may have altered something to take advantage of a "speed junkies" failarmy moment. The last bit of "suspicion" is with the video recording itself. From start to finish the camera is recording and anticipating a vehicle coming through the tunnel with the suspicion that there will be an increased probability of an accident (or some viral video worthy event) occurring. The real stickler is the fact that the video does not lose focus of the crash not even after impact. The person recording the video keeps the wreckage in frame through the entire 15 seconds after impact (even while navigating across said road which could have additional traffic). I can't say for certain if they did or didn't do something to "increase the chances" of a fatal accident -- but they were absolutely waiting in anticipation for it to happen. #CallOfDuty
