@NoBrokerCare That's exactly my concern, your casual attitude towards customers, you are not concerned that a user is not able to login to the account. Replying like you are doing a charity to me. NO SLA. DELETE MY ACCOUNT. I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR USELESS SERVICE

@AmazonHelp Why do you think that I cannot access this link. Your policy is such that for a small problem also instead of instant resolution you need to investigate for 3 days. On top of that customers are asked to call back after 3 days for the status of the complaint. We are not beggars

@pnbindia Opened account online with VKYC. Missed sameday mobile-linking SMS; branch later said signature not updated, mobile couldn’t be linked—despite issuing cheque book & debit card. Cheques could’ve bounced due to bank lapse. Who's responsible? @RBI @RBIsays @jagograhakjago

@pnbindia I cannot login to app or internet banking. The biggest joke is the it is the same mobile number you are mentioning on my communication address and used to open account but funny enough it is not linked to my account and even after complaining, it is not linked
