What makes the Dubai holiday scam interesting is that some of the money Mbalula used to ostensibly used pay back the "loan" was the proceeds of the sale of a property supposedly co-owned by him and Sello Rasethaba. Rasethlaba was another Kebble protege, at the same time as Mbalula. Tie all these strings together. Afriforum reminded the NPA that Mbalula holiday/loan was exactly the same transgression the SCA found in the Selebi case.

@Abramjee There's an over concentration of coloureds in the WC. This breeds gangsterism and rivaly since they lack cultural identity. Introducing them to other groups, say in Limpopo or Mpumalanga, can ease this tension and, in the long run, will have a positive sense of belonging.
