The happiness of meeting this couple after 6 years is beyond words.During my tenure as Commissioner- consumer affairs & civil supplies, 2016-18 our team ensured they got compensation through the consumer redressal forum ,from a diagnostic center whose oversight in reporting a deformity in their unborn baby girl during the scans had led to spinal abnormalities post-birth. Now seeing their 6 year old daughter looking cheerful and healthy after her recent surgery filled my heart with pure joy.
