@MattRodda I’m a regular traveller to London and always go with the self service kiosk as it is quicker. I get that it is still needed by some, but I’m more bothered about @GWRHelp passing the saving onto customers as the cost of a travel card to London from Reading is ridiculous.

I’m getting almost daily emails from people trying to sell me surgical gloves🧤!!??
