@MBTA bus routes through haymarket have all been diverted (Monday night 530 pm) and no one here at the station can say where the detour is or how to catch the 92, the 93, or the Salem buses. There’s no info about the diversion on the app. This is a disgrace!

@Zipcar ….finally got a supervisor. Same answer. Corporate policy the supervisor said. Well it’s a crappy policy. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ONE COMPANY HAS A MONOPOLY IN THEIR SECTOR. If there were a Zipcar alternative, I’d leave in a heartbeat. Buyer beware.

@Zipcar …exact same thing happened this morning, but this time I really needed the car. Again, the nearest one was not walkable. I asked for reimbursement for an uber. They said no, and I asked for a supervisor. They hung up on me. Another 30 minutes. Called back…

@Zipcar worst customer service experience ever. Reserved a car yesterday. Wasn’t there. Nearest alternative was far away, I asked the rep to cancel. 30 minutes on the phone. She cancelled the wrong one, and I got a $50 penalty. Another 30 min on the phone. But wait. There’s more.

You guys @jetblue can’t control the weather but you can at least treat your customers like human beings. After years of recommending @jetblue to everyone and maintainung my mosaic status, I’m beginning to see that you guys are just as bad as the other carriers. Sad.

@JetBlue after a horrible experience a few weeks ago, decided it was safe to go back in the water. Well, thus far my flight hasn’t been cancelled, but the rudeness of the agent taking luggage was not to be believed.
