@amazon why do you close a customer account and refuse to refund deliveries not received when given photographic evidence that they were not delivered to the correct address. Surely you are breaking legislation from the 2015 Consumer Act?

@DeliverooHelp @Deliveroo I reported the food as cold, as missing the chips, as taking 2 and a half hours to arrive in sodden damaged packaging and being congealed and inedible. Despite a number of polite emails to your customer service regarding the above issues this was the final response

@Deliveroo our food took over 2 and a half hours to finally arrive and was cold and congealed in sodden packaging. Apparently this is an acceptable standard from #Deliveroo and therefore worth paying in full. Not impressed.
