JP Sears' ex-wife posted this on August 12, 2025: -- I will continue to take a stand for sobriety and facing your pain head on without bypassing, numbing, or escaping through substances. Addiction is rooted in trauma and unprocessed pain. It’s an unwillingness to truly feel. I know because I've lived it and healed from it. In our culture, drug and alcohol use is normalized, even glamorized. While some quit alcohol and cigarettes, many have shifted to MDMA, ketamine, psychedelics, marijuana, vaping, or kratom. Whether it’s a partner, parent, friend, sibling, or child, loving an addict is heartbreaking. I have deep compassion and empathy for anyone battling substance addiction, but compassion doesn’t erase the damage caused in active addiction and recovery. The gaslighting, disappearing money, mood swings, and the false hope this time will be different is exhausting. They lie to hide their use, blame you for their relapse, and call you controlling for having valid boundaries. Somehow you become the problem. You end up parenting them, tracking money, and putting out fires while crumbling inside. Your nervous system lives in fight-or-flight. You want to believe them. But you can’t save them. They can only save themselves. Remember... ✨You will never out-love someone’s addiction. Protecting their use becomes their number one priority. Until they’re ready to change, you can’t force recovery. ✨Boundaries = Self-Respect: You have the right to protect your peace, your children, and your energy. You’re not controlling for refusing to fund their addiction or live in chaos. Stop arguing with denial. ✨Get Support: Al-Anon, therapy, or groups can remind you that you are not the problem, you are not alone, and you’re allowed to walk away, even if you love them. ✨Protect Your Nervous System: Chaos isn’t sustainable. You can go no-contact and return to yourself. Your healing matters. Tag someone who needs this reminder ❤️🙏🏼🌎 P.S - I have witnessed active addiction in friends, family members and a few partners in my life. I know these kinds of dialogues well. I know what it's like to help loved ones get sober. It's hard, but recovery is very possible. There is so much hope!

Peter: they are not PhD level in physics. You trail behind a model picking up all it breaks. This is a bleeding edge malfunctioning military grade research project weirdly marketed direct to consumer to fund R&D at the top of mad hype cycle that’s likely *directionally* correct.
Peter H. Diamandis, MD@PeterDiamandis

If AI can now solve math, discover physics and chemistry breakthroughs faster than human PhDs, why are we still training humans to be physicists? Serious question. Should education shift from 'learn to do X' to 'learn to direct AI doing X'? The wrong direction costs a generation their careers.

Barksdale Air Force Base - It's Worse Than You Think Monday, 03/09/2026 - Friday, 03/13/2026 A swarm of 12-15 drones penetrated BAFB for 5 consecutive days (4 hours loitering). They halted flight operations, and in one occasion, forced a shelter-in-place order. SIGNIFICANCE BAFB is the launchpad for B-52's that are and were flying combat operations over Iran. BAFB has jamming equipment that was unsuccessful in stopping the drone swarms. The 4-hour loiter time, coupled with the drone swarms ability to resist jamming attempts, is beyond troubling. Additionally, the drones were equipped with lights. Of note, no reports of drones flying over Shreveport were noted. This suggests the drones approached from the remote areas to the southeast of BAFB and turned their lights on once over BAFB. ANALYSIS It is unknown if the drones were fixed-wing or quadcopter. Given the 5 days of repeated intrusions, there is a higher probability that these drones were launched from a remote area. Operators would need to alternate between multiple launch and landing points to avoid detection. A fixed-wing style drone with a hybrid motor operating on liquid fuel and battery is a likely contender. This would place the wing span at about 4-5 meters, advanced cameras for guidance and terrain analysis, and a total 6-hour flight time. That would easily drive the cost of each drone above $60,000 USD each. On the low end, the drones would cost $900,000 in total and could push upwards of $1.5 million. That is not just a couple of kids playing around, that is a sophisticated operation. State actors or well funded terror networks become likely culprits. The drones would require about 50 meters of runway space, something that the remote areas of LA offer in abundance. They would also need a storage location, vehicles to move the drones, and plenty of operators. This suggests an intact, well-funded, and well-trained hostile network near one of America's most strategic Air Force Bases. There is a reason the military and our government have been silent, except for confirmation of the reports.

@teamfroglogic @EMBurlingame Joe wasn’t prosecuting the war effort, though. He was ostensibly overseeing counterterrorism which would arguably be more important today than prior to hostilities.

And there you have it. Joe is the most respected man in the entire Trump government. That fact that this dedicated patriot (war hero) openly admitted Iran was NOT an imminent threat is proof that the US is once again operating for the benefit of the political and economic elites. We are a captured nation, from within. Thank you @joekent16jan19 for your absolute integrity and courage. Godspeed @ShawnRyan762 @joerogan @jockowillink @EvanHafer @AndyStumpf77 @TulsiGabbard
Joe Kent@joekent16jan19

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.

in modernity we often get stoicism, contentment, and head down silence shoved in our faces as masculine virtues but these are small virtues, for small men they are the virtues of fettering - contentment to keep you complacent - stoicism and no complaining to keep you as a pawn yes there is a virtue in these things to various degrees, especially in terms of emotional mindfulness and knowing when to speak your mind (something that i'm mindful that i need to practice more sometimes hehe) but the entire emotional spectrum of men is often blunted, stunted, and put blinders on to make us work horses that aimlessly run until we get tired and retire the greatest virtue of man is not stoicism or silence or contentment, as these virtues could indistinguishably belong to a lowly coward, as silence, stoicism, and contentment, are all the bread and butter of cowardice the greatest virtue of a man is as it has always been: control the capacity for control control in its full spectrum, I don’t just mean lower egoic forms of control like social and capital (which might be called influence rather than control), although they also play a part control is first and foremost the capacity to control your own body - and from there your own self, your own nervous system, your own environment - and from there the world control is the volition of movement control is the jerk of motion that manipulates speed and flow according to will control is being able to change direction in the middle of the air control is not a concept control is not a resource that can be hoarded true control is fundamentally embodied, and it will flow out into everything else your body, your appearance, your voice, your emotions, your confidence, your esteem, your intellect, your skills, your resourcefulness, your capabilities everything that is essentially ‘you’ - - is all just a manifestation of your degree of control thus understand this: Stoicism is not control - stoicism is a coping mechanism for a lack of control Stoicism was introduced in ancient times as a philosophy of control, but it was more importantly introduced and used as technique for periods where man had very little control, so you see it’s a coping mechanism “silence your complaints” - the words of a man who lacks the control to enact change “be content with what you have” - the words of a man who lacks the control to expand his resourcefulness “accept fate, you cannot control external events" - the words of a man who lacks dominion over the world around him thus stoicism is like a fettering of the mind, it degenerates the mind into a more slavish state that accepts the world as it is, rather than evolving the mind by nobly struggling with the world and enacting change you see the masculine psyche often revolves around two polarities, but these two polarities are very misunderstood, thus why the true masculine psyche is so fractured and poorly understood and represented in philosophy we could borrow Nietzsche’s Greek heuristic and say Apollonian vs Dionysian but nobody truly even knows what that means they think Apollonian means logical, orderly, stoic and that Dionysian means wild, chaotic, ecstatic maybe at a surface level glance it means something like those things, but in the psychological depths these things transform into deeper meanings you see from the surface you would assume Apollonian means control and Dionysian means lack of control but in the depths it is opposite we have to understand the way that psychology manifests, is often inverted to the true essence of things, due to projections and coping and so on thus what it actually means is the Dionysian is the masculine primal, and the Apollonian is the masculine auxiliary the masculine primal is the locus and source of all masculine control masculine control does not come from logic, orderliness, stoicism - no it comes from raw power and force, it comes from the volition to manipulate circumstance and enact change it’s why the Greek myths encode the reincarnation of divine rule through Dionysus, with his myth and the resurrection of his heart from the underworld as Zeus needs a new heir for the cosmos it’s an encoding that new masculine order always comes from the masculine prime - from the Dionysian and this rule can be observed across history - Alexander for example is great reference to understanding the dionysian principle thus know when Nietzsche talks of the dionysian and called himself Dionysus - it was not madness, but true gnosis, as he correctly observed his archetypal function and declared himself during his writing process to make it more understandable we could phrase it like: - Alexander was an embodiment of the dionysian archetype, more obvious and physical in form of physically enacting change and literally changing the geography and culture of the world permanently and siring western civilization - Nietzsche was an embodiment of the dionysian archetype, less obvious and less physical in form, but undeniably there and extremely impactful, permanently altering the course of philosophy in the west and shortly after we also see a significant geographic restructuring with ww1 and ww2 archetypes exist in all things locally as energetic patterns - but they also exist non-locally, globally, and historically they underlie most of everything, and causality is controlled by the archetypes and their dynamics because archetypes are the recursive attractors the determine the causal structure in the phase-space of life / consciousness / civilization
