Breakout Session – A of the 7th CPA Asia & 2nd Joint CPA Asia & South-East Asia Regional Conference 2026 was held on 5 February 2026 in Sindh, Pakistan, under the theme “Parliamentary Education – Inculcating Democratic Principles in Everyday Living” (Theme Pillar: Inclusion). The session was moderated by Hon. Mr. Taha Ahmed Khan (MPA, Sindh) and brought together distinguished panelists Hon. Zulfiqar Ali Shah (MPA, Punjab), Hon. Mr. Sajjadaullah (MPA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), Hon. Dr. Rizvie Saleh (Deputy Speaker, Parliament of Sri Lanka), Hon. Ms. Mehtab Akbar Rashdi (MNA, Pakistan), Hon. Mr. Khawaja Izhar-ul-Hassan (MNA, Pakistan) and Shamoon Hashmi (Special Secretary National Assembly of Pakistan). The speakers discussed the importance of parliamentary education in strengthening democratic values, civic awareness, and responsible citizenship. The session highlighted the role of legislatures and educational institutions in promoting democratic principles, rule of law, and public participation in governance, particularly among youth and emerging leaders. During the discussion, panelists emphasized the need to integrate democratic education into social, academic, and political spaces to foster informed and engaged citizens. They highlighted that parliamentary outreach programmes, civic education initiatives, and public awareness campaigns play a critical role in strengthening democratic institutions and encouraging constructive dialogue between parliamentarians and communities. The panel collectively underscored that democratic education is fundamental to inclusive governance and sustainable political development. The session concluded with a call for enhanced collaboration between parliaments, educational institutions, and civil society to promote democratic culture, strengthen public engagement, and empower future generations to actively participate in democratic processes. @AzazSyed @HBLPak 2/2 and if so, the dumb peanut brains of this Hopeless Bank Limited must know that all assets, tax details, liabilities of every govt officer is annually submitted to FBR. The malicious attempt by the Bank is intrusion into private and personal details of an individual.

@AzazSyed @HBLPak You are spot on. The most "Hopeless Bank Limited". Buggers came to me, a govt officer, demanding to hand over them, a private concern, all details of my and my family's assets. Is this band of losers now working for FBR???

Although @HBLPak is listed among the top banking companies, I recently observed that they are facing serious internal politics and HR issues, at least in Islamabad. As a result, clients are not only suffering but also rapidly losing their trust.
