@SkyUK is there any way you could get our Sky internet to work, our Q Boxes to talk to each other, customer service to do anything they promise, to get the system we are paying for to work consistently or to refund us for time spent on worthless conversations with your team?

Typical @EE I really used to love this network but they’ve been nothing but trouble and nonsense for over a year now. Get an alert about rewards points about to expire. Have to use three different credit cards to try to redeem. Don’t receive a verification code.

@cortina @EE 7547 is tr069 - they use it to remotely manage the routers and its been open on every BT hub for a really really long time without any major issue. Connections to the service are authenticated via cryptographic means. Only way to make it go away is use a third party router

Hi @EE My security software is saying port 7547 is open and vulnerable to attack. Looking online it appears port 7547 is usually used by the ISP (in my case EE). Can you advise how I fix this vunerability? Thanks.

@wizzouk 70% of IMAP connections are via IPv6 now; though my rate may be skewed because most email customers also take networks where ive done v6 by default since 2018 ish. I see significant penetration of v6 in mobile networks. Cant easily calculate smtp, though google and MS both doit
